About
Kathrin has been working as a freelance communications consultant and fashion designer since 2011 and, together with her strong team, has successfully realised projects in the field of fashion design and communications. Her experience is focused on the Italian and Swiss luxury sector, but also includes international projects for e.g. the Asian region, as well as projects for brands in the fast fashion and premium segment. With more than 13 years of experience, she and her team work in close collaboration with clients’ internal teams, developing intelligent solutions from strategy to launch that form the basis for the economic growth and scalability of companies.
Fashion Design
Kathrin has been working as an independent fashion designer and creative consultant since 2011. Together with her team, she guides international luxury and lifestyle brands from the initial creative idea through to market launch – offering services such as creative direction, collection development, trend and market analysis, and brand positioning. With over 18 years of experience and expertise in Italy, Switzerland, and Asia, the team acts as an extension of their clients’ internal teams, delivering innovative solutions for sustainable brand growth.
Private Collections
Kathrin and her team create exclusive private collections for discerning individuals, entrepreneurial families, and public figures. The focus is not on the product itself, but on crafting a personal heirloom – a one-of-a-kind piece that reflects the identity, values, and aesthetic of each client. Inspired by nature and traditional craftsmanship, they develop timeless home, living, equestrian, and pet collections with a collector’s character. Each piece is realized through Kathrin’s own manufactory VALOR and an international network of specialized artisans – with uncompromising quality at the highest level. Her work has been featured in leading publications including AD Architectural Digest, ELLE, and VOGUE.
