During the COVID-19 pandemic, a new internal communication strategy was developed for JOOP! to ensure seamless collaboration and engagement with global sales agents despite travel and event restrictions. The project focused on transforming the traditional collection handover process into a dynamic digital experience. 

A comprehensive concept was created, including the production of global live shows, video content, and supporting communication materials that enabled sales teams worldwide to experience new collections and trends in an engaging and consistent way. To further strengthen the impact of these presentations, internal design teams received specialized training in product storytelling, presentation techniques, and communication scripting. 

What began as a response to an immediate challenge evolved into a multi-year collaboration, supporting numerous collection launches through strategic communication, live event formats, content production, and end-to-end implementation. The result was a scalable and effective communication platform that connected design, sales, and international markets while maintaining the premium brand experience of JOOP! throughout the launch process.
