In close collaboration with SHC Consulting and Star Cooperation, CHUTE developed a comprehensive future-focused strategy for Bentley with the objective of positioning the brand beyond its traditional automotive heritage and establishing it as a relevant luxury lifestyle brand.
At the heart of the project was the question of how Bentley could differentiate itself within the evolving luxury landscape while unlocking new avenues for long-term growth. To achieve this, a holistic lifestyle strategy was created, integrating market opportunities, target audiences, business models, communication approaches, and product and collection concepts into a cohesive brand ecosystem.
As part of the process, the Bentley brand was redefined and strategically refined within the lifestyle sector. Based on in-depth market and trend analyses, priority international markets were identified, alongside new business opportunities and product categories capable of authentically extending the brand universe.
This long-term engagement encompassed both strategic and operational consulting services—from the development of a clear positioning and brand architecture to assortment planning, product strategy, pricing frameworks, go-to-market approaches, and communication concepts. Comprehensive business case models were also developed to evaluate commercial potential and establish a solid foundation for sustainable growth.
